1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Quillive, a product by Quillnext Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Quillive platform.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our platform, you agree strictly to the following rules of conduct. You shall NOT use the platform for any of the following:

• Generating Illegal Content: You may not use the chatbot to create, promote, or distribute any illegal, harmful, or illicit content.
• Spamming: You may not use our services to send automated, unsolicited messages, spam, or engage in any abusive messaging practices.
• Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code or underlying architecture of the Quillive platform.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your access to the platform.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Enterprise Plans

At this time, Quillive does not process direct online payments or automated subscriptions through the platform.

All services are currently provided on an Enterprise Plan basis, where pricing and deliverables are determined based on an agreed-upon Scope of Work. Since all agreements are custom and negotiated individually, payment terms, cancellation, and refund policies will be governed strictly by the specific contract signed between you and Quillnext Solutions.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties that the chatbot will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the platform.

Quillive is operated by Quillnext Solutions, registered as a proprietorship located in Lakhimpur Kheri, 262802 (as per PAN documentation).
